Cristiano Ronaldo, captain of Saudi club Al-Nassr, continues to impress fans not only with his on-field skills but also with his remarkable physical condition at age 40.
Data from U.S. fitness company WHOOP indicates Ronaldo’s physiological age is just 28.7, nearly 12 years younger than his actual age. The analysis evaluated nine metrics, including sleep quality, exercise, heart-rate zones, and body composition.
The biometric results show Ronaldo’s body is “optimally prepared for sleep, recovery, performance, and longevity,” with exceptional metabolic control supporting muscles, energy stability, and endurance. Even his hemoglobin levels suggest “outstanding aerobic capacity throughout matches.”
Ronaldo shared his delight on X (formerly Twitter), jokingly commenting: “Data doesn’t lie.”
