Tunisia Participates in AI Action Summit in Paris

Tunisia’s Minister of Communication Technologies, Sofiane Elhmissi, attended the AI Action Summit in Paris on February 10-11, 2025, alongside Tunisia’s Ambassador to France, ²Dhia Khaled. The event, initiated by French President Emmanuel Macron, gathered global leaders to shape AI’s future for societal benefit.

Discussions focused on AI’s opportunities, challenges, and the need for effective governance to ensure its responsible use.

On the sidelines, the minister held bilateral meetings to enhance digital cooperation and engaged with Tunisian talents at Station F, the world’s largest startup hub.
