Qatar and Libya Discuss Bilateral Cooperation and Regional Issues

Qatar’s Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, met on Tuesday with Libya’s Prime Minister, Abdul Hamid Dbeibah, in Doha to discuss bilateral cooperation and regional issues.

According to the Qatar News Agency (QNA), the talks focused on strengthening ties between the two countries and exploring ways to enhance collaboration. The leaders also discussed developments in Gaza, the occupied Palestinian territories, and Syria, along with other regional matters of mutual interest.

Sheikh Al Thani reaffirmed Qatar’s commitment to Libya’s unity, stability, and development. He reiterated Qatar’s full support for the Libyan political process, UN Security Council resolutions, and peaceful solutions that uphold Libya’s sovereignty.
