Saudi Arabia Discovers 14 New Oil and Gas Fields

Saudi Arabia’s Energy Minister, Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, announced that Saudi Aramco has discovered 14 new oil and gas fields and reservoirs in the Eastern Province and Rub’ al Khali region. These discoveries include six oil fields and reservoirs, along with two natural gas fields and four natural gas reservoirs.

The Energy Minister highlighted that these findings represent a significant enhancement of the Kingdom’s global leadership in the energy sector by affirming its rich hydrocarbon reserves. This breakthrough opens up new economic development prospects and reinforces Saudi Arabia’s capability to meet both local and global energy demand with efficiency and sustainability for decades to come.
