Tunisia is actively promoting its food products and traditional crafts at the 4th China-Africa Economic and Trade Expo, held from June 12 to 15 in Changsha, China, under the theme « China and Africa: Together for Renewal. »
Tunisia, represented by its embassy in Beijing and the Export Promotion Center (CEPEX), is showcasing key exports—like olive oil, dates, and handicrafts—at a 36 m² national pavilion in the China-Africa Expo.
The initiative supports Tunisia’s push to boost its presence in the Chinese market and attract investment, while also positioning itself as a gateway to Africa.
Trade Minister Samir Abid and Ambassador Adel Arbi visited the pavilion during the China-Africa Economic Forum. Bilateral trade reached 9.2 billion dinars in 2024, up 8% from 2023.
