Saudi Arabia recorded the highest temperatures in the world over the past 24 hours, according to astronomical expert Khaled Al-Zaaq. He noted that the measurements were taken in the shade, in accordance with international climate standards.
Data showed that King Fahd International Airport in Dammam topped the list with a temperature of 49.3°C. Kuwait International Airport followed closely in second place with 49°C, while Al-Ahsa ranked third, recording 48.1°C.
