QNB Tunisia Reports Losses of 361.7 Million Dinars

Qatar National Bank (QNB) Tunisia reported losses of 361.7 million dinars, prompting a decision to reduce its capital, according to a report by the Financial Market Authority released on Monday.

As of December 2024, the bank’s equity stood at 282.97 million dinars—less than half of its 644 million dinar capital—due to accumulated losses.

An extraordinary general meeting is scheduled for March 26, 2025, to approve a capital reduction of 361.7 million dinars, bringing it down to 282.3 million dinars to offset the losses.
