Tunisia and Egypt Discuss Strengthening Health Partnership

On Wednesday, June 18, 2025, Tunisian Minister of Health Dr. Mustapha Ferjani received the Egyptian Ambassador to Tunisia, Bassem Hassan, in the ministry’s headquarters to explore new ways for enhancing bilateral cooperation in the health sector.

The meeting focused on promising areas of collaboration, including pharmaceutical industries, bone marrow transplantation, preventive medicine, reproductive health, and the exchange of scientific and medical expertise. The two sides also discussed ways to further develop medical tourism between the countries.
