Tunisia recorded more than 6.25 million visitors by August 10, 2025, a 79% rise compared to the same period last year, according to the National Tourism Office.
The surge was fueled by the return of traditional markets like France and the UK, along with a notable increase in Algerian tourists.
Officials project a total of 11 million tourists by year-end, with revenues expected to exceed 7.8 billion dinars, boosted by Tunisia’s competitive edge and improved tourism infrastructure.
