Tunisian Foreign Minister Receives New Canadian Ambassador

On August 19, 2025, Tunisian Foreign Minister Mohamed Ali Nafti received Alexandre Bilodeau, who presented his credentials as Canada’s New Ambassador to Tunisia.

Minister Nafti welcomed him, highlighting opportunities to boost cooperation in renewable energy, AI, science, tourism, and academic exchanges, and praised the Tunisian community in Canada for strengthening ties, stated the Tunisian Foreign Ministry.

Ambassador Bilodeau expressed his honor in representing Canada and reaffirmed his country’s commitment to deepening bilateral cooperation for mutual benefit.
