Six New Ambulances Delivered to Boost Emergency Services in Gafsa

Six fully equipped ambulances were delivered to the governorate of Gafsa on Wednesday, 19 November 2025, as part of the EU-funded “Sahha Aziza” program aimed at strengthening medical readiness and speeding up emergency response.

The vehicles were distributed to Moulares, Belkhir, Om Laarayes, Metlaoui, and the regional emergency medical assistance unit in Gafsa, which received two ambulances (Class A and B).

The new fleet includes modern resuscitation tools, monitoring devices, and advanced first-aid equipment. This delivery is expected to reduce response times and improve emergency services, enhancing health safety for residents in the region.
