U.S.A. Delivers C-130H Aircraft to Tunisian Air Force

The United States government today delivered a C-130H Hercules aircraft to the Tunisian Air Force during a ceremony held at Sidi Ahmed Air Base in Bizerte, according to a statement by the U.S. Embassy in Tunis.

The event was attended by U.S. Ambassador Bill Bazzi alongside Tunisia’s Minister of National Defense Khaled Sehili and senior Tunisian and U.S. military officials, including the Chief of Staff of the Air Force, Lieutenant General Mohamed Hajjam.

The delivery is part of Washington’s commitment to strengthening Tunisia’s airlift capabilities, enhancing its ability to conduct joint and international exercises, air transport missions, security operations, and rapid response missions across the region.
