On February 18, 2026, Tunisian President, Kais Saied, held two separate telephone conversations with the Algerian President, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, and the Egyptian President, Abdel Fattah El-Sisi.
During the calls, the leaders exchanged greetings and congratulations on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan.
The conversations also served as an opportunity to reaffirm the strong fraternal ties binding Tunisia with both Algeria and Egypt. The three presidents emphasized the depth of the historic and brotherly relations between their nations and peoples, underscoring their shared determination to further strengthen cooperation and expand partnership across various sectors.
They reiterated their commitment to advancing bilateral relations and enhancing coordination in ways that serve the common interests of their countries and promote greater regional solidarity.
