The Richest Men for 2026 by Forbes

The annual list of the world’s richest individuals published by Forbes offers more than a snapshot of personal fortunes. It provides insight into the structure of the modern global economy, highlighting the industries driving growth and shaping new centers of economic power in the digital age.

According to the latest rankings released in March 2026, technology leaders continue to dominate the global wealth landscape. Their fortunes have surged alongside the rapid rise in market value of companies working in artificial intelligence, high-performance computing, and the broader digital economy.

At the top of the list is Elon Musk, with an estimated fortune of $839 billion, driven largely by his companies Tesla and SpaceX.

Technology entrepreneurs also occupy several of the following positions. Larry Page and Sergey Brin, co-founders of Google and its parent company Alphabet Inc., rank second and third with fortunes of $257 billion and $237 billion, respectively.

They are followed by Jeff Bezos, founder of Amazon, with $224 billion, and Mark Zuckerberg, CEO of Meta Platforms, with $222 billion.

Other names in the top ten include Larry Ellison of Oracle Corporation ($190 billion), French luxury magnate Bernard Arnault of LVMH ($171 billion), and Jensen Huang, CEO of Nvidia ($154 billion).

The list also features renowned investor Warren Buffett of Berkshire Hathaway with $149 billion, and Spanish fashion entrepreneur Amancio Ortega, founder of Inditex, with $148 billion.
