Tunisia and Libya Strengthen Bilateral Relations During High-Level Meeting

Tunisian Foreign Minister Mohamed Ali Nafti met with Libyan officials, including Tahar Al-Baour, in charge of Libya’s Foreign Affairs, and Transport Minister Mohamed Al-Shahoubi, on February 3, 2025.

The discussions focused on enhancing bilateral relations, advancing economic partnerships, and preparing for future joint initiatives, according to a statement by the Tunisian Foreign Ministry.

Both sides also addressed regional challenges in the Arab and African contexts, emphasizing the need for closer coordination on security and development issues.
