Tunisia: Tourism Revenues Surge to 938.7 Million Dinars in Two Months

Tourism has witnessed a remarkable surge, with revenues reaching 938.7 million dinars during the first two months of this year, according to the Tunisian Central Bank. This marks an increase of 50.8 million dinars compared to the same period last year, reinforcing expectations that tourism revenues will surpass 8 billion dinars by the end of the year.

A local newspaper highlighted that this growth is driven by the sector’s expansion into new tourism markets, particularly in Eastern Europe and China, as well as increased investment incentives and improvements in the air transport.
