Tunisia and Serbia Expand Agricultural Partnership

On Wednesday, March 12, 2025, the Tunisian Minister of Agriculture, Water Resources and Fishing, Ezzedine Ben Sheikh, met with the Serbian Ambassador to Tunisia, Diana Ivancic, to discuss strengthening bilateral cooperation in agriculture.

The talks focused on livestock breeding, agricultural research, and boosting trade. Minister Ben Sheikh emphasized Tunisia’s commitment to enhancing collaboration, while Ambassador Ivancic expressed Serbia’s interest in deepening ties.

Both sides agreed to establish a Memorandum of Understanding and facilitate the exchange of animal health certificates to promote trade in livestock products.
