On May 12, 2025, a group of Syrian and Emirati investors announced the launch of « Fly Sham », a new airline that is to begin operating in the coming days and will offer a new phase in Syria‘s aviation sector.
The airline will operate with a modern Airbus A320 fleet with the highest technology in the business, and hopes to offer a trip that is as high quality, comfortable as it is safe for Syrian and Arab passengers.
This initiative part of a growing joint investment between Syria and the UAE.
