Tunisia’s National Water Distribution Utility (SONEDE in french) has announced the launch of a free SMS service to keep customers informed about their water bills and other services.
To subscribe, customers can send an SMS to 85004 with the message “ins” followed by their contract number, fill out the online form at https://sms.sonede.com.tn, or complete the form available at any SONEDE office.
Customers can unsubscribe at any time by sending “des” followed by their contract number to 85004, or by using the same online or in-office forms.
