Algeria: Four Dead in Plane Crash at Jijel’s Ferhat Abbas Airport

Algerian media reported today, citing civil aviation authorities, that at least four people were killed in a plane crash at Ferhat Abbas Airport in Jijel Province, northern Algeria.

According to a statement from Algeria’s Civil Protection, the aircraft belonging to the Civil Protection services—crashed during a training mission.

All four individuals on board, who were performing their professional duties, lost their lives in the incident.
