Tunisian Foreign Minister Mohamed Ali Nafti will head the country’s delegation to the High-Level Segment of the 80th UN General Assembly in New York, from September 22 to 29, 2025.
Nafti will deliver Tunisia’s statement during the general debate and take part in celebrations marking the UN’s 80th anniversary. He will present Tunisia’s vision on key global issues, including multilateral cooperation in economic, financial, health, climate, women, and youth fields.
The Minister will also attend Arab, Islamic, and G77+China coordination meetings, as well as high-level events such as the Global Initiative for Health and Peace. In addition, he will hold bilateral talks with counterparts and UN officials to strengthen cooperation and discuss regional and international matters.
