Ousmane Dembélé Wins 2025 Ballon d’Or

Ousmane Dembélé has won the 2025 Ballon d’Or, becoming the sixth French player to receive football’s top individual honor. The Paris Saint-Germain forward enjoyed a legendary season, helping PSG win the Champions League, Ligue 1, Coupe de France, Trophée des Champions, and UEFA Super Cup.

Dembélé scored 33 goals and provided 13 assists in the 2024-2025 season, outpacing Barcelona’s Lamine Yamal and Raphinha. He succeeds Manchester City midfielder Rodri, last year’s winner, and joins French legends Raymond Kopa, Michel Platini, Jean-Pierre Papin, Zinedine Zidane, and Karim Benzema in the history books.
