Tunisian FM Engages in Bilateral Talks During Gaza Humanitarian Conference in Cairo

On December 2, 2024, during his participation in the“Ministerial Conference to Strengthen the Humanitarian Response to Gaza” in Cairo, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration, and Tunisians Abroad, Mohamed Ali Nafti, participated in a series of bilateral meetings with foreign ministers and delegation heads from Egypt, Kuwait, Italy, Denmark, France, Japan, and the Netherlands.

During these discussions, they underscored the strength and uniqueness of the relationships between Tunisia and other nations. They explored ways to enhance collaboration across various sectors to advance their mutual interests, according to a statement by the Tunisian Foreign Ministry.

Minister Nafti highlighted the importance of maintaining robust coordination and ongoing dialogue with these countries, particularly in light of upcoming bilateral engagements.

He emphasized the shared commitment to deepening ties, with a focus on key areas such as investment, trade, renewable energy, and scientific and academic cooperation.
