Tunisian FM to Attend AU Executive Council Session in Addis Ababa

The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration, and Tunisians Abroad, Mohamed Ali Nafti, will participate in the 46th Executive Council session of the African Union (AU) in Addis Ababa on February 12-13, 2025. He will also attend the 38th AU Summit of Heads of State and Government on February 15-16, 2025, the Tunisian Foreign Ministry announced.

The Executive Council will address key political, economic, and social challenges facing the continent, with a focus on peace, security, and sustainable development. Discussions will also cover AU reforms, economic cooperation, and protecting the rights of women and youth, as well as ensuring support for vulnerable groups.

On the sidelines of the summit, Minister Nafti will hold bilateral meetings with African counterparts to strengthen diplomatic relations and enhance regional cooperation.
