She holds a civil engineering degree from the National School of Engineers of Tunis and a master’s in geotechnical engineering from the University of Hanover, Germany. Her career spans over three decades in infrastructure and road planning, holding key positions in the Ministry of Equipment and Housing, including:

  • Director of Highway Projects Monitoring Unit (2009-2014).
  • General Director of Highway Projects Implementation and Urban Road Clearance (2014-2021).
