Tunisia Prepares to Host the Chinese-African Medicine Development Forum

The Tunisian Minister of Health, Dr. Mostafa Ferjani, met on Friday, November 7, 2025, with the Chinese Ambassador to Tunisia, Wan Lee, and a delegation of Chinese officials to review preparations for the Tunis Forum on the Development of Chinese-African Medicine, scheduled for November 21–22, 2025.

The meeting discussed the forum’s scientific program, the arrival of about 120 Chinese medical experts, participation from several African countries, partnership agreements between Tunisia and China, and upcoming medical exhibitions and lectures.

The Tunisian Health Minister emphasized the importance of the event in strengthening medical cooperation between Tunisia, China, and Africa, highlighting Tunisia’s role as a strategic gateway to the continent and a hub for international scientific exchange.
