Tunisia, EU Reaffirm Commitment to Strengthening Partnership

The Secretary of State to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad, Mohamed Ben Ayed, met on Wednesday, February 12, 2026, with the Ambassador and Head of the European Union Delegation to Tunisia, Giuseppe Perrone, at the Ministry’s headquarters.

The meeting highlighted the importance of further strengthening Tunisia–EU partnership relations through a renewed approach that reflects current challenges and evolving realities, while respecting national sovereignty and based on equality and mutual interests.
