Explosion in New Delhi Leaves at Least Eight Dead

New Delhi, November 10, 2025 — At least eight people were killed in an explosion near the historic Red Fort in a densely populated area of India’s capital, New Delhi, police reported on Monday.

Police spokesperson Sanjay Tyagi said the blast occurred in a car near the Red Fort, though the exact cause of the explosion remains under investigation.

According to local television channels, at least 11 others were injured in the incident.
