Tunisia: Winter Sales Season to Begin on January 29

The Tunisian Ministry of Trade and Export Development announced that the winter seasonal sales period will officially begin on Thursday, January 29, 2026, and will continue for eight weeks.

The ministry called on traders across all sectors to actively participate in this commercial event, highlighting its role in boosting economic activity. It also urged merchants to offer meaningful discounts and preferential prices that take consumers’ purchasing power into account, especially with the upcoming month of Ramadan and the Eid al-Fitr.
