Tunisian Minister of National Defense Khaled Suhili met on Thursday morning with the Ambassador of the Republic of Burkina Faso to Tunisia, Apollinaire Sawadogo. The meeting reviewed the level of military cooperation between the two friendly countries and explored ways to further enhance and diversify it.
According to a statement from the Ministry of National Defense, the minister praised the strong and historic relations binding Tunisia and Burkina Faso, stressing the need to develop military cooperation to match the level of bilateral relations in other fields, notably through the establishment of a legal framework to regulate and strengthen this partnership in the interest of both countries.
