Iran–U.S.A. Nuclear Talks Begin in Muscat

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi arrived in Muscat, Oman, on Thursday evening ahead of nuclear talks with the United States scheduled for Friday morning. The discussions aim to reach a mutual understanding on Iran’s nuclear program.

Iranian officials said the negotiations will focus exclusively on nuclear issues, dismissing speculation about other topics. However, the United States is reportedly seeking to broaden the talks to include regional security concerns. The meetings take place amid ongoing regional diplomatic efforts to reduce tensions between Washington and Tehran.
