Rise in Tunisia’s Olive Oil Exports

Exports of olive oil from Tunisia recorded a significant increase during the first four months of the 2025/2026 season (November 2025 to February 2026), according to data published by the National Observatory of Agriculture.

Exported quantities reached approximately 184,300 tons, marking a 49.6% increase compared to the same period of the previous season. In terms of value, exports rose to around 2,263 million dinars, up by 33.8%.

Despite this strong performance, packaged olive oil accounted for only 15.5% of total exports, indicating that the majority of exports remain in bulk form.
