Morocco Expands Military Fleet with Advanced Turkish Drones

The Moroccan Royal Armed Forces have received their first batch of Akinci drones from Turkish company Baykar. These advanced drones, capable of flying for 24 hours and covering 6,000 kilometers, can carry up to 1,500 kg of weaponry.

This acquisition is part of Morocco’s growing partnership with Baykar, which includes plans to establish a military-industrial facility in Benslimane to assemble and produce a new drone model.
