Tunisian FM Highlights Economic Cooperation During Warsaw Visit

During his working visit to Warsaw on December 10, 2024, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad, Mohamed Ali Nafti, met with Marek Kłoczko, President of the Polish Chamber of Commerce, to discuss strengthening economic ties. The meeting emphasized enhancing trade, investments, and collaboration between the two nations, according to a statement by the Tunisian Foreign Ministry.

A key highlight was the agreement to host economic events and promotional campaigns, particularly to showcase Tunisian olive oil in Poland. Minister Nafti noted that a prior business mission by the Tunisian Confederation of Citizen Enterprises (CONECT) laid a strong foundation for this collaboration.

Kłoczko praised the cooperation between customs institutions and expressed the Chamber’s commitment to fostering Polish investments in Tunisia, marking a new chapter in bilateral economic relations.
