Russia and Morocco signed a memorandum of understanding on Thursday to establish a joint working committee between their foreign ministries aimed at enhancing bilateral ties and shaping their future cooperation.
The agreement was signed in Moscow following talks between Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and his Moroccan counterpart Nasser Bourita. According to Morocco’s news agency, the committee will assess existing partnerships and propose new areas of high-value cooperation.
Both ministers also agreed to establish regular political dialogue and joint follow-up on agreements to give new momentum to their strategic partnership.
