Tunisian twin sisters Bissan and Bilsan have won first place in the 9th Arab Reading Challengehe.
They were crowned by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, during the closing ceremony held at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
The Arab Reading Challenge aims to promote the importance of reading, enhance comprehension and self-expression in proper Arabic, and inspire young Arabs to embrace and use the Arabic language in their daily lives.
