Geneva, 26 November 2025 — Tunisia launched a promotional showcase at the World Trade Organization (WTO) headquarters on 26–27 November, inaugurated by Tunisian Minister of Trade and Export Development Samir Abid, alongside Tunisia’s fourth trade policy review.
The event aimed to highlight Tunisian food and agricultural products, tourism services, and traditional crafts. The WTO Deputy Director-General praised the initiative and the quality of Tunisian products, expressing the organization’s readiness to support their promotion — including through a dedicated sales point at the WTO.
The program featured an art exhibition, virtual tours of Tunisian historical sites, displays of traditional handicrafts, and tasting sessions of Tunisian cuisine and olive oil.
The event was organized in cooperation with several Tunisian institutions and the Permanent Mission of Tunisia in Geneva, with the Export Promotion Center (Cepex) offering a symbolic mosaic artwork to be placed permanently at the WTO.
