Tunis, July 15, 2025 – Minister of Family, Women, Children, and the Elderly, Asma Jebri, met on Tuesday at the Ministry’s headquarters with the Ambassador of Spain to Tunisia, Javier Puig.
The meeting focused on the current state and future prospects of cooperation between Tunisia and Spain, particularly in areas related to the economic and social inclusion of women and girls, gender equality, equal opportunities, and the fight against violence toward women.
Ambassador Puig reaffirmed Spain’s commitment to strengthening the longstanding friendship with Tunisia and enhancing the strong cooperative and partnership ties between the two countries, especially in fields supporting women, families, children, and the elderly.
